Healing FAQs

Most services are conducted remotely, allowing Vani to work with clients in India and internationally. Akashic Records Reading and Rewriting, Evidential Mediumship, Past Life Regression, Future Life Progression, Life Between Lives, other regression-led services and NLP are conducted live online, usually through Zoom or Google Meet. Reiki and appropriate forms of energetic clearing are conducted distantly and do not require the client to remain online or be awake while the healing is being given. Access Bars is the exception. Because Access Bars requires gentle physical contact with specific points on the head, Vani offers it in person as a private session by prior arrangement only.

Within the framework of Reiki, energy is understood as not being limited by physical distance. During distant healing, Vani works with the client’s energy field remotely. The client does not need to remain online, be awake or do anything specific while Reiki is being given. During an ongoing healing programme, Vani remains in communication with the client and may share observations, guidance, meditations or practical suggestions relevant to what is emerging.

Vani works with a range of modalities, including several forms of Reiki, Lama Fera, Access Bars, Akashic Records Reading and Rewriting, Evidential Mediumship, Psychic Guidance, Past Life Regression and other regression-based processes, and NLP. Her clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient and claircognizant abilities may also bring additional insights where relevant. The modality used depends upon the purpose of the service and the individual — the same combination is not applied to everyone.

Yes, where appropriate. Healing does not always fit neatly into one modality. A client may begin with Reiki and another layer may emerge that is better explored through Lama Fera, Akashic Records or regression. In other cases, the chosen service remains completely distinct. Vani therefore works responsively rather than adding modalities unnecessarily or applying the same process to every client.

The Akashic Records are understood within this spiritual tradition as the Records of the soul, containing experiences, patterns, lessons and possibilities connected with its journey across lifetimes. An Akashic Records Reading may explore relationships, life purpose, recurring patterns, past lives, soul contracts, spiritual questions and possible future developments. Vani accesses the client’s Records and interprets the information that comes through during the session.

Neither is better — they work differently. During Past Life Regression, the client enters a deeply relaxed trance state and experiences the regression journey themselves. During an Akashic Records Reading, Vani accesses the client’s Records on their behalf and interprets what comes through. Past Life Regression is more experiential, while an Akashic Records Reading can provide a broader soul-level perspective. Some clients choose to explore both at different stages.

In addition to Past Life Regression, Vani offers Life Between Lives, Future Life Progression, Parallel Quantum Lives, Past Life Regression to Other Planets and regression-led Soul Retrieval. Each explores a different area of experience and has its own dedicated service page explaining the approach, format and what the session may involve.

Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on practice in which 32 points on the head are lightly touched. Within the Access Bars system, these points are associated with different areas of thought, belief, emotion and experience. People commonly explore Access Bars for relaxation, a quieter mind and a greater sense of mental space and ease. Because the Bars technique itself depends upon physical touch, Vani does not offer Access Bars distantly — private in-person sessions are available only by prior arrangement.

Lama Fera is an energy-healing modality that Vani uses within her wider practice for deeper energetic clearing. It may be incorporated alongside Reiki where the work involves energy experienced as particularly dense, stagnant or disruptive. Lama Fera is not automatically used with every client and is approached without fear or sensationalism.

Yes. Vani offers Reiki-based energy healing for people who feel that painful or difficult experiences continue to affect their emotional or energetic wellbeing, including abuse, betrayal, grief, loss, separation or prolonged stress. The work is complementary and does not replace psychotherapy, trauma treatment, medical care or other appropriate professional support. Clients are not required to recount painful experiences in detail.

Yes. Some clients choose distant Reiki as complementary energetic support while living with illness, undergoing medical treatment or recovering from surgery or another medical procedure. Vani does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and energy healing is not a substitute for medical assessment, treatment, medication or aftercare.

Yes, where such experiences emerge as relevant within the spiritual framework of the work. Vani approaches these situations without fear or sensationalism and does not assume that every unexplained experience has an energetic or supernatural cause. Depending on what emerges, the work may involve Reiki, Lama Fera, Akashic Records, regression, mediumship or another appropriate approach.

Yes, where such patterns emerge during deeper healing or spiritual work. Within the spiritual framework of Vajrakaya Healings, these may be understood as energetic restrictions, vows, promises, agreements or bindings that continue to influence a person’s present experience. The appropriate modality depends on what emerges rather than being prescribed beforehand.

Yes. Vani can offer distant Reiki as complementary energetic support for pets. Reiki should not replace appropriate veterinary assessment, treatment or care.

Yes. Energetic clearing may be undertaken remotely for homes, workplaces, properties or other spaces where appropriate. The format and modalities depend upon the nature of the work required and may differ from an individual 24-session Reiki healing programme.

There is no universal timeline. Some services are designed as a single session, some involve a defined block of sessions, and deeper energetic work may unfold over time or involve more than one modality. Vani does not guarantee a particular result or fixed healing timeline.

An Akashic Records Reading is primarily about accessing and understanding the client’s Records and the guidance that emerges from them. Akashic Records Rewriting is a separate, specialised follow-up process that takes place only after a Reading and a minimum period of 21 days, allowing the client time to understand and reflect upon what has emerged. Rewriting is not automatic and is not required after a Reading.

Psychic Guidance focuses on the client’s own life, circumstances, questions and possibilities. Evidential Mediumship focuses on communication with a specific departed loved one — Vani first establishes the connection through evidence and recognition, and messages, communication and the client’s questions follow.

The client does not lose consciousness or control — they remain aware, can hear Vani, respond to questions and describe their experiences throughout the session. This is a common concern. People enter relaxed and focused states differently — some move into the experience quickly, while others take longer. Vani guides the process gradually and works with the individual rather than expecting everyone to respond in exactly the same way.

Not everyone experiences regression visually. Information can emerge through feelings, physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, sounds, memories, impressions or intuitive knowing. The session does not depend upon seeing perfectly detailed scenes.

No. The client remains conscious, hears Vani’s voice and continues to participate throughout the experience. They are not expected to surrender their free will or become unaware of what is happening.

Each session begins with a particular intention and the form of exploration chosen by the client. Vani does not automatically combine different forms of regression — she keeps the client’s intention and the outcome they wish to explore at the centre of the session while allowing the experience itself to unfold naturally.

No. Future Life Progression explores possible or probable pathways rather than fixed prediction. Choices, circumstances and actions can change the direction of a person’s life.
