Not every pattern has an obvious cause. Sometimes you can trace a fear or a habit back to a specific memory, and sometimes it just seems to have always been there. If that sounds familiar, here are a few signs worth paying attention to.
- A fear with no clear origin. You’ve never had a bad experience with water, heights, or a specific animal, yet the fear feels intense and immediate rather than learned.
- A recurring dream or scene that feels oddly detailed. Not a typical anxiety dream — a specific place, era, or set of clothes that keeps returning with the same emotional charge.
- An instant, unexplainable connection (or aversion) to a person. You meet someone and it feels like continuing a conversation rather than starting one — for better or worse.
- A pull toward a place, culture, or time period you’ve never studied. You feel unusually at home somewhere you’ve never been, or drawn to history that has nothing to do with your background.
- A pattern that keeps repeating across relationships or situations. The same dynamic shows up with different people, in a way that feels bigger than coincidence.
What to Do With This Information
None of these signs are proof of anything — they’re simply worth noticing. If one or two of them resonate, that’s often enough reason to explore further, whether that’s through a past life regression session, journaling on your own, or just staying curious about the pattern next time it shows up.
You don’t need certainty to start. Most people who come to me for this work aren’t sure what they’ll find — they just know something is asking to be looked at.
